THANE MPC
Couples who desire to attend the In-person (Thane) MPC should complete the following:
Check the available dates of the Marriage PREPARATION Course on the website. The website will accept a limited number of requests for the weekends (20 couples per weekend).
Please note: The In-person Marriage Preparation Course is in English catering to couples capable of spoken and written English.
IMPORTANT
To ensure your registration, please check the availability of seat before making the payment for the course fees and catering. This can be done by clicking on the MPC Booking Form link at the bottom of this page. In case the seats are fully booked, it will not show you the dates for the course. This will avoid you making the payment first and then not able to get the slot for the particular dates.
1. To ensure your registration, please pay the Course Fees Online.

2. Google Form
Fill up and submit the attached Google Form IMMEDIATELY on the website, giving the information required. Upload the screenshots / payment details made by you. This will reserve your seats for the course. In case you have any difficulty please contact the Snehalaya office at the earliest.
Also Please note to state your choice of food, either, Vegetarian / Non-vegetarian, clearly on the form. The Caterer will offer a small breakfast, Lunch and evening tea & biscuits for the couple on both days.
3. Visit the Snehalaya Office (Timings: 10.00 am to 12.30 pm and 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm.)
Visit the Snehalaya Office (Timings: 10.00 am to 12.30 pm and 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm.) at Victoria Church Compound, L J Road, Mahim, Mumbai 400016 as early as possible / latest by 10 days before the course of making the on line payment with the following documents to complete the registration process & other formalities:
a) Original & Photocopy of your baptism certificate (not older than 6 months) in case of Catholics & Christians of other denominations.
b) For persons of other faiths, bring the Original & Photocopy of any one of the following documents: Aadhar Card, Municipal Birth Certificate or School /College leaving certificate. (Note: The Marriage Preparation Certificate will carry the names of the couple as it appears on their certificates)
c) 1 set of recent passport size photographs (bride & groom)
d) Screen shot & UTR Number of the online payment made to Snehalaya Family Service Centre.
Fill up and submit the Registration Form and obtain the Admit Slip for the Marriage Preparation Course.

The Marriage Preparation Course will be held on two days, non-residential, at St. John the Baptist Church, Jambli Naka, LBS Marg. Thane 400 601.
